Tasting Notes

  • Nose:

    Harmonious, exquisite, complex, dry fruits, brambles, delightful notes of Christmas cake, black treacle and a hint of aloe vera.

  • Palate:

    Smooth, well balanced, a slight delay then bang, almond biscuits, warming ginger spice, honey and nutmeg.

  • Finish:

    Lingers eloquently with a hint of sherry, tang of dates and drying tannins.
